    -Assist in preparation of financial reports for Property Owners

    -Coach onsite teams on best practice accounting processes

  • -Assist in the underwriting and preliminary evaluation of potential new acquisitions

    -Assist in the underwriting and preliminary business plan creation for potential management assignments

    -Participate in the Due Diligence and Onboarding of new acquisitions and management assignments

    -Develop new Business Development Processes to help meet designated growth goals

    -Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, marketing blasts/newsletters, etc.

    -Communicate with new and existing Property Owners (acquire financials, review summary plan, discuss target dates/timelines)

    -Assist with development of new marketing materials

    -Travel with Business Development Team for Property Owner visits, physical site inspections, Due Diligence, asset takeovers, etc. as needed

    -Remain flexible as these duties are likely to change

  • -Must be currently pursuing a college degree in an applicable Business field

    -Must have 1-2 years’ applicable work experience or currently pursuing a college degree in the Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or other applicable Business fields

    -Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA

    -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    -Strong verbal and written communication skills

    -Collaborate with Ops Team regarding process improvement and system-wide communications

    -Editing and creating high quality promotional and training videos

    -Familiarizing and becoming an expert with the film equipment and software provided by AFI

    -Interviews with AFI Team Members, Property Managers, and other applicable stakeholders

    -Video editing utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro

    -Ensure safe storage and transfer of all created content as needed

    -Must maintain and ensure proper care of all company-provided equipment

    -Assist Executive Team with content schedule and execute agreed upon concepts

    -Draft storyboards prior to filming/editing

    -Constantly explore alternatives/innovations to AFI’s current content to enhance the marketing strategy

    -Support the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks

    -Assist Human Resources in organizing and capturing company events and cultureFilming video and audio for promotional and training videos

    -Editing and creating high quality promotional and training videos

    -Familiarizing and becoming an expert with the film equipment and software provided by AFI
